This has changed my children's lives for the better. AH was sick, had constant migraines, struggled in school and was very emotional and more. Sixth grade was her healthiest ever. Thank you for the foodlist updates. Prgm helps 2 yr. old also. When we started in winter of '99 she had constant ear infections; put the whole family on the diet, no ear infection since. I believe it is the new and healthier diet we all use. Just a 2nd bonus to help my son achieve in school without medication and letting him know that he can do it --it comes from within. He is very aware of what he eats and reads labels to everyone. Mood swings have leveled off in all of us. General level of health has increased. We feel good about ourselves and what we put into ourselves.

B is able to sit in school and focus on her work. We have been lax with the diet, however, next week school starts and we will go on it as we see a big difference. Daughter has not gotten sick-no strep throats or ear infections. Able to concentrate better. She is much calmer on diet and able to control her emotions better. While we experienced an improvement in our son’s behavior he still did
not have sufficient attention and concentration. The diet makes his behavior manageable when he is not on Ritalin.

I’m very new to this -- me and my boys have not been tested but I do
notice an improvement when following the stage 1 diet. I’m still learning and once in a while I’ll find that I’m using the wrong foods for the children. and I’m trying to get better about learning to stay on the diet and be creative with recipes. Thank you so much! I would be lost without Feingold.

I think this program is great for any family experiencing problems with
