Bacon and Pecan Cheese Ball
I will have to admit, even though my kids love this cheeseball, it really is one of my favorite treats this time of year. Don’t forget to wrap this ball of wonderfulness with plastic wrap and keep it cold in the fridge before serving it. Once you set it out and surround with crackers, it will disappear!!
1 pound bacon
2 (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 green onions, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1) In a large skillet fry the bacon. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Chop or break the cooled bacon into small pieces.
2) In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, and green onions. When mixed well, form 2 balls and roll in crushed pecans.
