2 pounds beef back ribs
1 recipe of BBQ sauce (see recipe below)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker
on low for 8 hours. Once ribs are tender
you can place in broiler with more sauce
to get great color and bbq sauce thick.
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup canned pineapple, drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup honey
Place black beans and pineapple in a food
processor; process until smooth. Place in a
large sauce pan: beans, pineapple, sugar, salt
and dry mustard. Simmer on medium heat.
Once mixture starts to boil, turn off and add
honey. Stir until combined.
